C.P. is passionate about issues affecting older people and has many years experience in the management and development of domiciliary and extra care services, in the design and delivery of wide ranging learning and development programmes and in the creation and implementation of innovative approaches such as Single Assessment and Carers Standards. Her vision is that as people become older they can be confident that the support they receive will suit them as individuals. That people will enjoy LIVING until they die. A breadth of knowledge and experience in Health and Social Care that enables C.P. to work across disciplines, helping teams achieve real improvements in the care and support they provide. We really do see results that matter. C.P. was, for 4 years, an executive of Ceretas, the national organisation supporting home care staff and promoting professional care at home.
